Accessibility Statement
Kinrally's accessibility statement: the WCAG 2.1 AA standard we work toward, known limitations, how to report a barrier, and how we respond to accessibility feedback.
Last updated: August 14, 2026
Core Layer Development LLC, doing business as Kinrally, wants every family to be able to use Kinrally. This statement explains the accessibility standard we work toward, what we know is still imperfect, and exactly how to reach a human if something is getting in your way.
1. Our commitment
Core Layer Development LLC, doing business as Kinrally, is committed to making the Kinrally mobile app and the kinrally.com website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort for us, not a one-time project, and we review it as we ship new features.
We welcome feedback. If any part of Kinrally is difficult for you to use, tell us and we will work with you to get you the information, feature or service you were trying to reach.
2. Standard we work toward
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard for the website, and Apple's and Google's platform accessibility guidance for the mobile app. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, cognitive, motor and other disabilities.
Measures we take
- Design with color contrast, text sizing and dynamic type in mind.
- Label buttons, icons and form fields so screen readers such as VoiceOver and TalkBack can announce them.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators on the website.
- Test new interface work against common assistive technologies as part of our release process.
- Consider accessibility when we evaluate third-party components and services.
3. Conformance status and known limitations
Kinrally is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are aware that despite our best efforts some areas may fall short, including content supplied by third parties, embedded maps and store links, user-generated household content such as uploaded photos and documents, and newly released features that have not completed a full accessibility review.
We do not control the accessibility of third-party websites, retailer ordering flows, app stores or other services that Kinrally links to or integrates with, and this statement does not cover them.
No warranty of conformance. We provide this statement in good faith and describe our ongoing efforts. Kinrally does not warrant or guarantee that the app or website is, or will remain, free of accessibility barriers, and nothing in this statement creates a contractual obligation, a guarantee of a specific outcome, or an admission of any kind. This statement is provided in addition to, and does not limit, the disclaimers and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
4. Tell us about a barrier
If you run into an accessibility barrier, or you need information from Kinrally in an alternate format, contact us and describe the problem, the page or screen involved, and the assistive technology and device you were using. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.
- Email: accessibility@kinrally.com
- Or write to: support@kinrally.com
- Mail: 18006 Park Row, Ste 350 PMB 222, Houston, TX 77494
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to provide a response, a remedy or a timeline for a remedy within 30 days. Where an immediate fix is not possible, we will offer a reasonable alternative way to access the information or service.
5. Assistive technology and device settings
Kinrally is designed to work with the accessibility features built into your device, including screen readers (VoiceOver, TalkBack), larger text and dynamic type, bold text, increased contrast, reduced motion, zoom and voice control. If a device setting is not being respected somewhere in the app, that is a bug — please report it using the contact details above.
6. Formal complaints and dispute resolution
We ask that you contact us first so we have a fair opportunity to resolve the issue directly. Accessibility complaints that are not resolved through that process are handled under the dispute resolution and arbitration terms in our Terms of Service, which include an individual arbitration agreement, a class action waiver and a 30-day opt-out right.
7. Changes to this statement
We review and update this statement as Kinrally changes and as our accessibility work progresses. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
