Delete your Kinrally account

Step 1 — verify it's you

Enter the email address you use to sign in to Kinrally. We'll send you a secure link that confirms the request. The link works once and expires in about an hour. You do not need to sign in to use this page.

What deletion removes

Deleting is irreversible. It always removes your sign-in credentials, signs you out of every device, and removes your parent directory listing so other parents can no longer find you.

Your household's shared records belong to your whole family, so after you open the emailed link you'll choose one of three options:

• Leave the household alone — only your account goes away; shared records stay as they are.
• Remove your name — your family keeps their calendar, chores and lists, but your profile reads "Former member". Needs your family code.
• Erase all shared household data — wipes the household's synced calendar, chats, photos and vault files for everyone in it. Needs your family code.

Data held only on your device is removed by deleting the app. If any step can't be completed automatically, we finish it by hand within 30 days. Our deletion log stores only a one-way SHA-256 hash of your email address — never the address itself.
